police ignores elderly man that fainted and injured his head at LONDON Victoria station

6 police officers ignored and walked away from a badly injured elderly man on the ground suffering from a Bloody head injury from hitting the ground on his way down!, After fainting, while 3 other people stop to help!! I tried time explain to the police what happened and they showed no interest. What do you think about this?.
