@Bullitt nothing new about electric powered vehicule for sure but this guy is able to create everything with his very personal touch,in his deep Gascogne.
Please don't insult the french heritage, the Solex is powered by a thermic motor since the 50's, able to run at the terrific speed of 35 km/h.

I wish the video showed how the man charged his battery and how he connected the motor to the wheel to make it turn.
