That gun shop ended up going out of business a year or two later because of all the un-Constitutional guns laws that were passed during the Clinton Era.
I bought 7 of my 13 firearms there. It was a sad day when they closed their doors.

I could fill a small book with my personal thoughts on this incident. Suffice to say that most police officers are undertrained and underarmed. It does not help that citizens of California are basically defenseless due to crushing restrictions on firearm ownership. It's clear all of that very same legislation did not prevent these two skells from arming their bad little selves. Hopefully everyone is better prepared in case this sort of thing ever happens again. Helpful hint: Aim for the " T Zone " and put one through the computer.

The world is becomming an ever increasing dangerous place to live. The crimminals have access to bigger and better firearms and weapons than ever before. The police should have access to and be trained in as many big weapons as posssible so this kind of thing doesnt happen again. Even in Aus the police should have access to those same weapons, not just handguns.
You NEVER take a handgun to a rifle firefight. Period.

This day and age, the police KNOW what they are up against on the streets, and the local municipalities should have no qualms about buying their constabulatories the hardware necessary to counter any and all threats.
Hell, I'll even go one further and save them some tax dollars.. Train with, and issue the weapons that they sieze from the bad guys.

Some would call them insane. I think working a crappy job your whole life and getting nowhere but old hoping society takes care of you when your too old to wipe your own ass is insane.

I love the cops!!! I wish there was laws against police brutaility!!! Cops should be able to police their own. Tangle with a cop and pay the price! God that would be great.
