Cyclist hit by car - In car footage

The occupants of the car were returning from a holiday and clearly in high spirits. The driver decided it would be fun to "buzz" a cyclist. The driver misjudged the distance and locked the cars breaks, hitting the cyclist and bouncing him off the windshield.
