A full-court-press...it's gonna be like pushing shit up hill because of the regime's ability to shut down any threat but yeah, leadership would go a long way. Mousavi seems to have been very quiet lately. It's important to work within the system as much as possible & be patient IMO. It might take a few more elections but organisation & keeping things civil is a key I reckon. Don't give them excuses to crack down & try to stay ahead of their skill set. They can shut down any for of communication so utilize many & always have backup plans.
Use the holidays where public gatherings are acceptable to your best advantage... etc.
If it's meant to happen it will happen but not for the next 3 years without external 'help'. They have a firm grip right now. Patience mate, good things take time.
