@trancedd er...no it's not. Different culture/attitude to situations like that compared to the western world. He would be sedated and the roof off the car before he was moved in our part of the world.

Brave guy. Just so's you know, they don't give painkillers. Most peeps presume when the ambulance gets there the pain goes away. Nope. They leave you feeling, so that other, perhaps hidden, injuries will be noticed as the most obvious pain starts to fade (which takes about 2 or 3 hours...)
