Tell me about it. I told the warranty consultant on the phone what was wrong with my notebook. She got me to do all these over the phone tests which I had already done, and still over-rode my diagnosis without telling me. So the outcome was that the technician comes to install the new part the b*tch ordered but refused to because it had nothing to do with the problem at hand, so then the technician ordered the part I had requested to begin with and now it's all good. I hate incompetence.

I can understand your frustration but none of your countrymen will work at a call center for peanuts so they have to outsource the job.
