The man who owns the home, 51-year-old Michael Saripkin, was hauled off to jail as neighbors watched.
"They picked him up at work. He went in the house and when he came back he was in handcuffs. We saw them put him in the car," says neighbor Helen Stephens.
Panola County Sheriff's Investigators had their eye of Saripkin after the registered sex offender moved two 16 year olds into his home.
After talking to the teens, police say one of them admitted what had been going on.
"For the two boys it was a bad situation," says Panola County Investigator Mark Whitten. "One of them had gone as far as saying thank you for getting me out of that."
Saripkin has been charged with 3 counts of child molestation.
It's not the first time.
In the 90's investigators say he was convicted of statutory rape in Tennessee and served seven years, then moved to Sardis.
Neighbors would see him and the boys in the yard.
"They were working on a new bridge they put across there, the front yard and stuff, fixing it up. I never seen anything out of the way with the man myself. I just heard stuff," says neighbor Reba Stephens.
"It appears he used his lifestyle and money to give them a false sense of hope they were gonna have a better life," says Whitten.
"We have children and grandchildren, are they gonna be safe?" says Helen Stephens.
There is a chance Michael Saripkin could be in jail a long time, this time.
Each of these three new charges carries a 15 year sentence and more charges could be added.
With Saripkin's past convictions, officials tell us it means he could very well spend the rest of his life in prison.
