Raw Footage: Police Dash Cam Video of Sikh Temple Shooting
US police have released squad car videos that show a gunman who killed six people at a Sikh temple last month shoot the first officer onthe scene.
Video from Police Lieutenant Brian Murphy's squad car camera shows him checking on two victims in the temple car park and then exchanging fire with Wade Michael Page as Page emerges from the temple on August 5.The video shows Murphy rolling behind a parked car for cover and Page chasing him down, firing multiple shots at him.
Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm says Murphy was hit 15 times.
Page killed himself following a firefight with Officer Sam Lenda.
Lenda told reporters on Monday that he was just doing his job.

@hammerofodin It would seem he was far away, but think about it. That's a parking lot. It's 99% flat. No obstruction of view. The shooter is on the offense. The officer was placed as close as possible w/o giving up complete position.
