Rear end Accident woman injured

2 vehicle rear end accident on Mountain Road and Savoie around 12:15PM. EMS supervisor was driving by and stopped to see if there were any injuries and a Ambulance was called. Codiac RCMP arrived a short time later and put cones up to block the west bound lane of Mountain road. Driver of the truck told me that a bus stopped in front of him so he stopped and was rear ended, and he was not injured. Ambulance arrived on scene but was sent further up Mountain road to Wendy’s for a medical call along with a fire truck. Another ambulance was dispatched to the accident scene. The driver of the car was transported to hospital. Firefighters then arrived at the accident and spread absorball on fluids that leaked from the auto. Road was wet but no slippery at the time of the accident and 1 tow truck was needed. 1 lane of Mountain road was tied up for a half hour.
