  • He did try to stimulate the economy and job growth...and he failed miserably.

    A tsunami of private money that was cut down to a trickle of cash (after paying off earmarks and his union friends), that was then mismanaged as it produced few projects that nobody wanted or needed.

    The concept was nice, the result was atrocious.
