A second video has emerged today, December 21, 2012, that shows the same Islamist terrorist and chemical Jihadist from the 'Chemical Brigade of al-Reeh al-Sarsar (Almighty Wind)' of the "Free Syrian Army" (FSA) that appeared in an earlier video (http://youtu.be/rs86RJR3ZUk) clarifying certain facts about who his 'brigade' is and what they will do next to Syrian government supporters and Alawites.

In the video, another experiment is performed by the masked terrorist where a rabbit is killed by forcing it to drink a fatal chemical mixture. The terrorist then proceeds to explain that his chemical mixture will poison the Nabh al-Sinn (Spring / Fountain of al-Sinn) in Lattakia, a source of potable drinking water for a large civilian population in northwestern Syria.

The terrorist claims that his group is formed from 'academics' with Master's degrees in Chemistry and that they got together via online social networking sites. The video has a hardline Jihadi al-Qaeda-type music playing in the background.

The terrorist also denies any links to Syrian or Turkish intelligence. He also says that his group does not belong to al-Qaeda, although he does not approve of the fact that the US placed al-Nusra Front (al-Qaeda in Syria) on terror list.

The masked man also talks about giving a 1-month negotiation period after the second statement is issued. At the beginning of this video, the speaker says that this video is the first statement, which implies that the negotiation period has not started yet.

The video ends with a message to Alawites, whom these terrorists also refer to as enemies of Allah, stating that the group is not in Gaziantep, Turkey, but rather inside Syrian territories.
