Without meaning to be objectionable, Latakia is the Capital of the Alawite region.
The rallies in Alleppo and Damascus mean a lot more and they are still happening, if not increasing in numbers and frequency.

@DEADBEEF
Thank you for the information.
Never knew that.
Would like to point out: I struggle finding a woman wearing Hijab at pro-Assad rally. I'm not saying the uprising is strictly religious but rather that Government + supporters are too moderate.

You will find the Syrian Government is pretty tolerant of all religions.
This is absolutely different to the strict Sunni/Salafist opposition. If an overturn occurs religious freedom will be seriously curtailed.

Well, at least we can agree on something. I'm obviously a Bashar supporter as I am fundamentally reactionary and secular.
Bashar does what he has to do as President. i.e. maintain the State. It's unfortunate that the only means to do this is armed force.
Still the casualties are way less than say the US civil war and are certainly exaggerated for political purposes.

@jihad4death Why would you do that? Do you have any proof to back up that claim?
also why would i upload to two diffrent channels? if i would stick to one i would get more subs and views i dont see the point in useing multiple channels
So you want Hayden to complete limit free speech? that seems silly

There you have it folks. If civilians in Syria were so worried about being shot and killed from their "dictator" Assad, they wouldn't be out showing support.
Looks to be a lot of people, young, old, and men/woman. They are singing for the government and Assad, pro-goverment.
DOWN WITH THE Arab rebel scum, they are not Syrians, they are Bedu's from the desert who care about nothing but $$$$$. They are mercenaries for hire, and brought into Syria to stage a COUP DE TAT to try to More..
