In the meantime, said victim just stares at him and doesn't do anything while the hitman struggles with his weapon.
According to the comments section, the reporter narrating the video said the victim agonized in a local hospital for 48 hours before dying.

people who suddenly cant move when train is approacing in them or car.
people who cant react when suddenly come into situation where brain is just overwhelmed and freezes.
