TORONTO, CANADA: The infamous "My Wife Ran Out Of Gas" old white man that trolls downtown Toronto streets has finally been photographed/videtaped. He flags down visible minorities and tries to get money from them and then bails out vehicles and runs once the money is given to him. This time he targetted an asian/vietnamese driver who recorded everything on video.
