Texas DA's Cheney Indictment Evidence Revealed

"Greed will get you discovered ... every time, and that's what happened to Cheney." -- Willacy County District Attorney Juan Angel Guerra

Dick Cheney owns shares in the Vanguard Group, an investment company that helps finance prison companies. Guerra estimates those shares are worth $85 million.

When inmate, Gregorio De La Rosa, Jr., was killed in one of the prisons Vanguard helps finance, Guerra says Cheney stopped the investigation so that the value of the shares he holds would continue to rise.

  • So, where is the evidence that Cheney tried to have the investigation stopped?

  • You post this shit with no evidence, nothing to corroborate. Big deal, some politically minded DA wants to make a name for himself and goes after Cheney. A local DA in Texas, with no insight or jurisdiction in Washington D.C., says he has proof of what the V.P. did. Are you that stupid to believe this? Then again, you must be a liberal if you posted this, so yes, you are that stupid. There will be no charges, there is no evidence. Then next you'll be crying about a cover-up.

    There is More..

  • Where are all the posts from the Obama haters now?

  • This one is one for the moonbat record books. Cheney was somehow related to this because he owns a Vanguard mutual fund or two, and Vangaurd, by way of owning some shares of some publically traded prison management company is some how directly involved because some employee of some company allegedly killed an inmate.

By that standard, I'm guilty as well, along with millions of other people. Oh, and the evidence Cheney "stoppped an investigation" into the issue? The DA told the judge More..

  • Hey Benchmark,

Why didn't you also also include the fact the indictment was thrown out of court 4 days later as baseless.
