Cranial osteolytic expansive lesion ( Graphic Removal of a Giant Brain Cyst)
I'll tell ya what. If you had to have this procedure done, you'd want this team of surgeons to perform it. These guys deserve every penny they get if you ask me.

Some emergency surgeries appear to be almost redneck in their haste to save a life.
These doctors had the luxury of an anesthetized, stable patient. When they are operating on a critical MVA patient, it gets quick and dirty very fast.

Very professional, except for a brief moment when he seemed to be considering keeping that piece of skull as a medallion.

I wonder what the real names are for :-
The Skull Scraper
The Skull Sucker
The Skull Cutter
The guy was probs awake for this (I believe they usually are for brain surgery to make sure they havent damaged anything) so i suppose they give these things exotic names to avoid giving patients the fear.
'Nurse, now pass me the skull scraper'

@gnark1ll
This was not brain surgery, so the patient was almost certainly not awake. The cyst was on the skull.
The only reason to keep a patient awake during brain surgery is to determine what areas of the brain can be safely removed/manipulated.
The doctors in this video carefully avoided all contact with brain tissue where it could be avoided.
