  • That was completely uncalled for. The guy was obviously complying with hands up and out to show no weapon. He then was stomach down, and that @sshole kicks him in the face. If you kicked a cop in the face, you would be either shot to death or sent to prison forever.

  • And the other coppers did what? He was on the floor and complying I'am sorry but kicking someone in the face is going to take some explaining this guy is a nut case of the first order. They are payed/trained to be professional if you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen. If we are prepared to accept/condone this sort of behaviour from our officer then why bother to vet them just hand out application forms outside west ham home games(british football holligans of the best order).

  • i would like to see the prior 5 minutes of this video thou because it looks like this is a scene of the aftermath. a lot of people run away from the police and endanger other motorists on the highway. and when the felons finally decide to give up the cops are of course still pumped up from the chase and you see the result. i don't claim to know everything but it sure looks like a scene from the "blues brothers" movie.

  • We have a saying where I come from "If you don't to get beat up by the cops then don't break the law".People who endanger other peoples lives (driving a burning dump truck down the interstate for instance) probably could use a good kick in the head.

    • As someone who's lost a several friends to drunk drivers I am very serious.Cops kicking an innocent person in the head would make me furious and it does happen.Once you break the law these days people expect that the police are supposed be considerate of their rights.Yet the criminals have no consideration of our right to be on the highway and not have to worry about getting run over by an idiot in a dump truck.I've been to jail several times and the only people I've seen get their butts kicked More..

    • "Minor traffic violation"?He's driving a burning dump truck down the highway running from the law.I do believe that's a felony.Plus I need to clarify.I'm not for police brutality by no means. That saying means don't bitch about getting arrested or getting you ass kicked by the law if you put yourself in that position.I'm not trying to justify the cop's actions. My point is if he hadn't committed the crime in the first place then there would be way less chance of taking a boot to the head More..

  • Its obvious he was waving his face around in a threatening manner, and the officer feared for his life.

  • Once again all we see is the side the poster wants us to see. Who knows what this guy did up to that point. Well the poster only showed the end nothing in the middle or at the start of the chase. So I am thinking he needed a good kick in the head for something he did!

  • That kind of action is not only wrong but it makes the DA's job harder ...he will probly get the charges dropped or at least get a lesser charge, no matter what he did.

kicked in face even after cuffed behind his back....perp gets a check...cop looses badge.
