He was actually being shot at by SAA
His name wass Khalid..he was from FSA. Was wounded at Othman neighborhood in Deir Al zor city and the FSA were trying to help him..he was executed by SAA

This is my rendition of events.
The guy on the ground is an FSA fighter who has been shot by an SAA sniper or gun emplacement (considering the rapid fire at times).
The other guys are FSA trying to retrieve him. He is shot more times by the SAA who seem to know whats going on.
The part where it appears like the FSA are shooting at the guy on the ground is actually their attempt at cover fire. They dont seem to know exactly where the fire is coming from, but it appears to be coming from the le More..
