The discord is that Al-Kuwaiti is/was an Arab and as different to a Pashtu speaker as a Russian to an Englishman.

One of these versions is wrong. All the local reports from Pakistan talk of Pashtu speaking home owners. I bid that is the reality. I also bid that the Al-Kuwaiti story is a deliberate misinformation.
