The Iraqi PM was made to look like a clown by CNN when asked about the "progress" his gov't was making against islamic insurgents, he dodged all the questions with bureucratic babble, he was also grilled as to why he and his government were taking 2-month holidays while U.S. troops were being shipped to Iraq in an "urgency matter".

Notice how he says "mission not accomplished" several times, it seems GW Bush's puppets are well-trained in his language to fool their resepctive peoples.
