The Ciudad Juarez, MX mayor lives and runs his city from El Paso, TX.
That might be one of the reasons things are running so smoothly in Juarez.
And, since he LIVES in the US, it is the US taxpayers' responsibility to protect him and his family!
Mexican police, army, drug enforcement, residents of Juarez - NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL!
It is OUR responsibility.
