Give the Palestinians better arms to fight back with and I guarantee you will have peace sooner. Sound crazy? Well, its not. You guys will scrap it out, Israel will lose a more proportionate number of fighters (which will sway popular opinion and boot out the current gov't hacks) and eventually you will form the state of Isratine. Those guys shootin rudimentary rockets over and not killing anyone doesn't mean they can continue. Those Israeli's have been dealin with that shit for a long time. Plus, there is a much bigger thing going on and I'm glad the arab's that teach their kids nothing but religion and hatred are slowly being destroyed by the better powers of the world. All that area needs is education.....education that is not based purely on an imaginary organism that fills their minds with hate and no fear of death.
