That would never happen. Why bother when they are covered under treaty with the US for mutual protection. While they want to change their constitution to allow for them to arm themselves for offense (as opposed to defense only), they have no real need of nukes.
Not to mention, nukes are an outdated concept for anyone other than terrorists. No sane country will ever use them due to ecological and political implications. And when it comes to tactical (as opposed to strategic) applications, More..

It's all good...They'll sell some missile systems...We'll sell some anti-missile systems...They sell some...We'll sell some...The race goes on.
Btw, the diference between a "satellite" launch and an ICBM launch = not much....It's a simple matter of trajectory, and of when the engines are defeated (pre or post orbit)

thats how long range nukes work you launch them as satellites into space and then re-enter to strike the target......
