60-70 miles in NOT Pakastani waters, its international waters. Even though it may be within the Pakastani EEZ, the Enterprise has every right to be there unless its trawling for fish or drilling for oil, which I doubt!
BTW what is the website for the map showing naval assets?

It's pronounced, Gavaaader. Biggest port in pakistan after karachi which is out of reach really, you'll have to move military equipment through the whole city to get to that port. So Gawadar is an alternate exit route.
