(Telegraph) A shell has been filmed falling just feet away from a group of men in the
Syrian city of Idlib, which was seized by government forces at the weekend. With the sound of explosions all around them, a dozen men, who appear unarmed, run for cover down a city street.

Carrying a camera, one man catches the moment that a shell hits a building and explodes only a few feet ahead of him. Seemingly unhurt, the man then takes off in the opposite direction.

The video, which cannot be independently verified, was uploaded on March 11 and comes after Syrian government forces seized the city at the weekend.

The military crackdown in Idlib follows the storming of Baba Amr neighborhood in Homs on March 1 after a month-long blitz in which hundreds of people died.
