Raw; "Swimsuit Harasser" Arrested

SUGARCREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio-- For almost a week police in Sugarcreek Township had been searching for an unknown man reported to be approaching women and teenage girls along the Little Miami River while wearing a women's bathing suit.
