    • @SnAg Always wondered if things like that are legal. I've seen noogies as a joke in an MMA fight. Never Indian burns or tittie twisters though.

  • There are some rather exotic submission techniques in this compilation. It's really amazing to consider the diversity of techniques available to a submission fighter. They can spend their entire career training and learning, and still have room to grow.

    My favorite is probably the standing triangle choke (1:18). Not sure exactly what it's called, a reversed-inverted flying triangle choke? Bas's "body crunch" is epic too. It's rare to see a submission of that type. A body-crunch or a c More..

    • @ST0N3PONY Yeah it's an inverted triangle, usually the guy isn't standing up. I never saw a can opener done that way by Bas it was awesome, nobody ever gets submitted by it anymore. Usually with a can opener you just release your legs from around the guy doing it to relieve the pressure and you're fine. The heel hook done on anderson silva was fucking awesome and I remember watching that at the time and I was amazed.

  • Moonwolf's armbar was just awesome. All done in about 6 seconds from the whistle. Always fast forward through Aoki on clips like this as they have a tendency to make me cringe... good vid :o)
