I understand there is a fatwa on her.
It's sad to see this poor child getting killed for something so stupid. But maybe that's what it will take for Americans to open their eyes.

this shit is so sad, they really should not send her back.. her ass is grass if they do, if not they will probably burn the shit out of her on stove... something horrible.. the government should stale the trial until she is 18 year old..

Why should they? Give her father the benefit of doubt, and she could very well end up dead. If her father is a good muslim (and I mean as in properly adhering to muhammad's commands), she WILL end up an "honor" killing statistic.
However, if we give benefit of doubt to Rifqa, it may very well save her life.
Let's err on the side saving her life, not possibly condemning it.

But on the other hand, if she's just doing this as a form a teen rebellion (possible), breaking up the family isn't really appropriate.
