Child-related benefits for families may be capped at two children, the work and pensions secretary has said.


Iain Duncan Smith said stopping the current system, where
families get more benefits the more children they have, was among
changes being considered.
Families on benefits were often "freed from" the decision of
whether they could afford more children, Mr Duncan Smith said, and must
"cut their cloth".

About bloody time if you ask me, I'm fed up of seeing unemployed people using kids to get financial gain via religion, Housing or simply people too lazy or stupid to make their partner wear a condom.

My wife and I waited years to start a family, we both had very well paid jobs and we wanted to enjoy life before giving our undivided attention to a child, now we have a lovely daughter of 12 but our situation has changed and I'm unfit for work through illness. So the idea of having another child is both silly and not affordable.

But just look at these unemployed people with 8 - 10 kids (ongoing) and will never work, they just keep popping them out. We had 10 new houses built next to us and they are council properties, there's not one Brit in them, its all Somalian men and women with numerous children, neither work (legally) and they are still having children...WHY?

Because the tax payer stumps the cash up.

Same with single mothers who just happen to fall on their back and get up the duff every year...

YOU the tax payer pay for their stupidity and boy do they reek the benefits.

Be you Muslim, Catholic or slut, you should not have the right to bring kids into the world you cannot afford out of your own pocket. If you can't feed em, don't breed em..

The public purse is not yours to abuse so I hope hey change this soon.

And one last thing, working people have to make heartbreaking choices as to have a child simply because of the cost, why should an unemployed person have more rights to a child than them. After 2 kids you use whatever money you have from your benefit and if its not enough then perhaps you should have given it thought and give up all the little luxuries the tax payer gives you the money for.
