USCG Motor Life Boat Heavy Weather Training

MONTEREY, Calif. – Coxswains and boatcrews from Coast Guard Station Monterey operate two 47-foot motor lifeboats Jan. 20, 2010, in 16 to 20-foot swells. Station members respond to a variety of maritime emergencies throughout the year, with an area of operation spanning more than 200 miles.
