I remember this a few days ago.
I was under the impression there was no one ran over rather a high speed chase that ended up in an accident near people.
And the kid was resisting completely when knocked out cold.
Just sayin......
Still think these kids need to do some time for this shit.
Could easily have been a death.
The smacks to the head? Well perhaps a bit of cop emotion there rather than restraint so based on that then its prob worth being investigated.
