Deconstrucing Star Wars
An exciting look at the attack on the Death Star and the WW2 themed movie that inspired it. Thank you for the positive feedback, this is indeed my own work. I'm a huge movie nut so I enjoy putting short films like this together. I'm thinking about doing one about Kill Bill 1 and 2 and all the films that they pay tribute to. My son is pushing for a "giant monster" video. Go figure. Thanks again, take care.

Im very impressed by this video, If you produced this or are the one to notice it, Id like to see more stuff about movies. I love seeing influence in modern movies from old movies, Lucas obviously borrows lots from ben hur in his newer ones (which are shit movies, just observing) I always attributed the majority of star wars to cowboy movies, with of course the whole WWII symoblism mixed with a jesus metaphor, but to point out such a specific source is pretty cool.
