Phobias are irrational fears that are clinically defined and diagnosed mental illnesses on the American Psychological Association's DSM list.

Because these people didn't just wake up one day and decide to be homophobic, that is proof they were born that way. Those born homophobic are victims of fate, in the sense that they never had a choice to accept or reject this genetic trait. They were born homophobic, just as you were born heterosexual or white or black or bright or athletic. Nobody ever tricked or seduced them; they never made a choice, and are not morally blameworthy. What they do isn’t willfully contrary -- it’s only natural for them. This twist of fate could as easily have happened to you!

This brings us to the Americans With Disabilities Act. This Civil Rights law prohibits discriminating against people on the basis of their handicaps, such as mental illness or phobias. Discriminating against homophobes constitutes a Federal Civil Rights Violation and a crime. Such bigoted discrimination also represents hate, intolerance, narrow mindedness and mean spiritedness.

Rather than violating the Civil Rights of minorities like homophobes, instead we should embrace them and celebrate the diversity value they bring to the community.

We can show our support for this diversity by organizing Homophobe Pride Parades. We can enact legislation that hold up homophobes as valued members of our diverse society. We can create textbooks and curriculum that celebrate homophobes that have made valuable contributions to society so school children can see there is nothing wrong with being a homophobe and they can start to explore their homophobe curiosity in a safe environment.

This might help the homosexist bullying that takes place when homosexuals bully homophobe children. We should also pass laws similar to the Homosexual Agenda one California governor Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown just signed, but we'll make a new version that criminalizes any anti-homophobe discussions or curriculum in schools. Instead such curriculum and lesson plan laws can promote homophobia as normal and natural just like being negro or jewish.

We should create Homophobe-Non-Homophobe Alliance clubs in schools so students can be exposed to the the valuable contribution homophobe students bring to campuses.

So lets stop the intolerance against and the bullying, discrimination, and narrow minded bigoted hate against homophobes, and lets lobby the Justice Department to start prosecuting those who discrimination against and violate the Civil Rights of the protected minority disabled class of homophobes.

Now I know tolerance, open mindedness and non-discrimnation against minorities is all but impossible for you homosexual hate mongering bigots, because you're following orders from Kirk and Madsen's Homosexual Agenda psy-ops manifesto scripted "jamming" tactic where they instruct homosexual bigots to: "(5) Make the victimizers look bad. At a later stage of the media campaign for gay rights -- long after other gay ads have become commonplace -- it will be time to get tough with remaining opponents. To be blunt, they must be vilified."

So if any of you homosexual bigots discriminate against homophobes or homophobia and try to violate their Civil Rights by "vilifying" them, your hate posts will be deleted.

Now if you want to civilly dissent and champion discrimination against those born with homophobia and you want to violate Federal Americans With Disabilities Act laws, then state your case without hate and scripted "jamming" vilification epithets.
