If lane splitting/filtering is legal in your country or state then you should be aware of that so that you always look both ways before crossing even in stopped traffic. I don't know how those crosswalks work in that country but if its anything like in California the rider should of stopped for pedestrians. I don't know so I won't judge. A lot of you idiots commenting don't even know what's going on in the video.

If lane splitting is legal there, I don't see a problem. Bike stopped in plenty of time to let the pedestrians cross safely.
Wish lane splitting was legal everywhere. It would cut down on congestion big time, & it's safe as long as it's done properly.
But just like anything. There would be douche nozzles abusing it, & self righteous cager's who just can't accept that anyone is allowed to go past them.

Reading some of the comments here, anyone would think the bike crashed into the mother & kid crossing the street. The biker was filtering at an appropriate speed and when he came to the crossing he stopped in plenty of time without drama, especially since the people crossing weren´t even on the crossing, due a car driver...quelle suprise!
