    lol, I've had these debates with people in bars and in other circumstances. But they are always civil. Even with guys from the military. If a person is an absolute idiot prone to violence I can tell ahead of time what to say and what not to say. It doesn't matter. Sometimes we can just talk about other things that have nothing to do with war or politics.

    I'm an agnostic, myself. Non-religious. Sometimes people think I'm Muslim because I'm against insulting and attacking Muslims -- but I think even if you're in a war it hurts the war effort to degrade people who aren't part of that war. In fact you're encouraging them to side with the wrong people. It's totally counterintuitive. Just like those videos of soldiers insulting Iraqi citizens. That hurts us as a country in ways more profound than some of us understand.

    I like that woman a lot. I think she's a great and brave human being for fighting Islamic extremism.

    And she has a good point about Shariah law creeping into a culture. But most Muslims in those world don't practice Shariah More..

    Yes but her objectivity is colored by her close encounters with extremists reigning in those parts of the world. I don't blame her. But in a wider context I don't see over a billion people causing war and terror, nor enforcing 'shariah' law and 'wahhabism', either.

    Well "shariah law" is what they're pushing for and its already expanding to the west, whether you want to accept this or not. Thats her message to the west.
