In most countries it's forbidden to overtake a car at zebra crossings, assuming russia got similar traffic rules as the rest of Europe I would assume this is a fact here too. So sure as hell it's the drivers fault.
Just ponder why the fuck would a car be stationary before zebra crossings? As I recall it's forbidden to park on a main road except where it's clearly stated you can, also x amount of meters before a zebra crossing to not block the drivers view of possible pedestrians. So anyone wit More..

No, the cause was a stupid stupid mother that didn't look before crossing. The van shouldn't have been there, but as this is reality, that is the situation you will see very often, so as a pedestrian, you still have to know to watch out and not just run over when you can't see if there's a car.
