Everyone figures they have the right of way here... no one stops at a red light. The lights have different meanings where I'm from, but here..
Red light = Speed up because it's going to turn green soon
Yellow light = Speed up it's going to turn red soon
Green light = Speed up it's going to turn yellow soon
Effectively turning any color traffic light into a SPEED UP LIGHT...
I've almost been killed a dozen times here for not STOPPING AT A GREEN LIGHT TO LOOK BOTH WAYS
