its called a seat belt.... it straps you into the seat so these sort of things are minimized.
methinks someone is out of a job...pick a reason:
judgement is too poor...
he's too old....ouch (for us older folks)
has issues with steering wheels...(LOLOL)
needs to learn that tight shirts and beer bellies do NOT mix (especially where children may be exposed)
can't see the road well enough to spot a pot hole...
hates garages...
