crazy how the US doesn't say anything about the IED attack in Syria, like some civilians in syria just get fed up with Assad, create in army call it FSA, suddenly they are expert in IED, destroying tanks and sniping...Truth is, it's the same guys who fought the US army in Iraq and Afghanistan who are in Syria, the same type of warfare being use in Syria right now...

US says nothin b/c all types of IEDs pre-date both war references by decades. They are tactics used by guerilla soldiers. I do believe AQ is responsible for there widespread usage in Syria. No mattwr how much any one denies it, it's clear some elements of AQ, have supported the FSA rebels. When FSA aked UN for help militarily, AQ in Iraq offered their help, in name of muslim brotherhood, till the FSA ousted Assad. As long as they didn't seek foreign help.
