Why are people even surprised anymore when there is an accident at the New Mexico balloon fiesta. This shit happens like every year, maybe it's just me but hot air ballooning doesn't seem to safe. About 4 yrs ago, I had a hot air balloon make an emergency landing in the parking lot of the apartment buildings across the street (San Diego).
