@qwerty4242 If you get your class III ffl permit you can shorten the barrel and remove the stock. I've seen some crazy short barrel full auto Saiga 12s at gun shows.

$1600!?!?!? Good grief what people want do to think they "look cool". For around $350 you can get a good Remington 870, add a mag extension for about $25-$30, cut the barrel down to 18 1/2 - 29 inches. Then buy an AK for around $350-$400, some extras mags from $9-$15 ea. and a case of ammo for around $229. You can pick up a good Marine fighting knife for $50. Your under $1600 and are equipped well enough to handle about any situation, up to and including a revolution.
