"This individual or group of individuals has basically terrorized the
Northeast with this. You never know when you go to bed at night if you
going to wake up with intact tires," Captain Jack McGinnis said. Since October, over 80 vehicles have been targeted - some multiple times, and it's cost residents thousands in repairs.

Many residents talked about taking matters into their own hands but police are warning against it.


Authorities are offering a $7,500 reward for information leading to an
arrest. Anyone with information is asked to contact Northeast
Detectives.
