Tire slashing epidemic in Philadelphia
"This individual or group of individuals has basically terrorized the
Northeast with this. You never know when you go to bed at night if you
going to wake up with intact tires," Captain Jack McGinnis said. Since October, over 80 vehicles have been targeted - some multiple times, and it's cost residents thousands in repairs.
Many residents talked about taking matters into their own hands but police are warning against it.
Authorities are offering a $7,500 reward for information leading to an
arrest. Anyone with information is asked to contact Northeast
Detectives.

The sad part of it is that this is on the news almost every night here and they caught 1 fool and it wound up spreading to more neighborhoods outside the city and they think it's by "copycats" trying to get on the news and recentely it has started in parts of south Jersey too,if any of these victims catch somebody in the act it's going to get ugly because Philly people are already angry to start with,it is just going to take that one fool to light someones fuse and it is going to be on More..

@Aariss The problem is these days that the penalty when getting caught doing a crime is weak,that is why these fools continue to commit crime because the most someone will get for this act of vandalism is a piss ass fine and some community service picking up trash on the side of I-95 on a saturday.
