As I understand Russian, this is about clearing of Tadamon district in Damascus 2 days ago ...
Rebels having set up a make-shift hospital in one of the local mosques, some executed citizens (wrapped in white) in the end of the video.
The reporter also asks if the rebels have withdrawn because strategic/tactical reasons ...
But I suggest that one of the native Russian speakers interpret this more accurately ... I am not 100% sure and exact ...

if syria is secured like libya, iran will be the primary target right after.
china cant protect iran and neither can russia really and without syria, iran cant really use its proxies. so its the great game all over again...
