Bernard Romanens, an authentic shepard of the valley of Gruyere performs the "ranz des vaches" wich is the unoficial anthem for the swiss romande (french speaking part of Switzerland) in the old regional dialect. the event took place at the "fete des vignerons" (winegrowers celebration) in Vevey in 1977. this is as folklore and authentic as it gets and i got goosebumps when i saw it so i thaught i would share it lol! check out the cows!!! i grew up in this wonderfull region! god bless Switzerland!
