They're on womens only cars. Likely these dudes are well aware of what they're doing wrong. Perverts getting on crowded train cars and feeling up random ladies was such a huge problem that the government introduced cars specifically for women, no men allowed. Hence the slapping and the forcing them off the train.

For those of who don't know, in India, the trains are generally separated for men and women to have respective compartments. Note, not all trains have this type of system. Anyways, it's very inappropriate for a man to enter a female only area so they get their ass beat. I know, because I lived in India for school. Weird people, I know. I lived it :)
