Don't know about best in the world but I've never heard the Red Arrows described as anything other than immaculate, impeccable etc as they display all over the world.
Maybe I'm biased being ex-RAF (at that time they flew Gnats out of Little Rissington) but IMHO they far outclass those formation crop-sprayers in the other video.
Anyway, decide for yourselves (as I know you will),and enjoy the vid. This was the Arrows practising at Akrotiri (Cyprus) in 2006.

It was common to call the Red Arrows the "Dead sparrows" while I served in The RAF, but that was just military banter. Unsurpassed, often imitated, second to none. Thoughts go out to the loss of 2 aircrew this year, one lost in a flying accident, the other just yesterday after his ejection seat went off while the aircraft was still on the ground????
