butyrate / oxybutyrate

Apparently some new drug called “butyrate” or “oxybutyrate” in Russia, very easy to get and is really cheap. Common thing to 'do' at parties and such. But sometimes it could get out of hand as I figured by all the videos that are coming to the internet lately. People look really messed up on this stuff called butyrate and usually end up wandering god knows where and attract attention of a lot of confused pedestrians.
