Harrowing video broadcast last night during "Who saw him?" On Rai Tre Italian TV. The film captures a ten year old boy, taken by the police while he was in school, a town in the province of Padua, and then dragged by force from the desperate cries of the child and her aunt, author of the video. The child is at the center of a said war between his parents separated. According to the order of the judge, should have been transferred to a secure facility before being given to the father. The measure also explains that his father could use, if necessary, "of AT Social Services and Public Force, to unfold in the most fair and appropriate to the case." When the police unable to load the baby in the car, my aunt asked the reasons for the incident. An inspector woman said it was not required to give explanations. He adds: "I'm a cop. You're nobody. • That will do wonders for the kid's psyche.

  • There is a court sentence that says the kid has to go with the father, the mother still doesn't want to give the kid to the father so the police comes and takes the kid, that's the law...

    • @Ferrante I agree, but if the police can't figure out how to do it without causing so much trauma for the child then maybe they should train the police, I don't think they set out to upset the child but they seem to be pretty good at it.

    • @Ferrante Exactly, the fault lies with the parent who is disobeying th ecourt order. THIS video and her lack of concern for the emotional damage done to the kid is probably why she lost custody (that's if this is more than just a visitation exchange).

Parents who do not share custody end up losing custody because it is they who are damaging the kid.

    • @Soulsolution When you have a combative parent then what are you to use other than force? The source of the destruction here is teh witholding parent. Conflict is unavoidable if they do not put the interests of the child first.

  • "I'm a cop. You're nobody. "
Im not anti-American or none of this Liberal nonsense that the reactionaries throw out.
But this mentality and behavior is the ROOT cause of many of our authority problems worldwide.
So I believe the only way to stomp out that behavior is to get up in their face and show them YOU ARE SOMEBODY.

    • @nexus1961
Why do you think cops disperse crowds of people that gather to protest?
What if those people are completely fed up and done with constantly being told what they can't do or being pushed around by people who care not for them?

  • This is 100% the fault of the parents and relatives. Share the child and let him see both parents you are only harming the child by having this drama instead of peaceful exchanges.

Fucking morons. When parents oppose handovers like this they should lose custody.

  • I don't know about Italy, but here they have to produce ID immediately on request, very disturbing....but who knows the full story

    Posted Oct-11-2012 By

    • @PocoBueno Full story is a parent disobaying a custody order and the police having to enforce it. The ensuing emotional damage was entirely avoidable with cooperation from the parent if they actually cared about their kid.

    • @dorbie So the child deserves to be dragged on the concrete by a fascist pig because of the parents actions? You are one sick deranged fuck who should be put down for the betterment of humanity.

    • @Frab111 The parent did that. The child has a right to have contact with both parents. hen one refuses to allow this then disobeys a lawful court order physical force must be used. It is unfortunate that the parent shose to put their kid through this but it is 100% on the witholding parent. The child can see a shrink and heal and come to terms with the fact that one parent poisoned them against the other. Stuff like this happens and you should not shoose long term permanent damage to the child t More..

    • @Frab111 P.S. your rabbidly irrational and angry response tells me all I need to know about which one of us has the problem with humanity. You see a video and cannot think deeper than your animalistic emotions. Grow up.

  • way to traumatize the kid. that was a bone head move by the police, they must still be learning how to do the job

    Posted Oct-11-2012 By

    • @Soulsolution
Police cannot let a parent dictate what happens and ignore court orders, the other parent has rights and the kid has a need to see both. This arose because one parent was not sharing the child. That parent is 100% responsible for this and the damage done to the kid.

  • Bet there's more to this. Cops dont just drag kids around,Well not all any way.

    • @para001

Cops enforce lawful orders. When parents oppose them they cause drama. This kid was traumatized by the parents here. They could have given him a hug, waved him off and said enjoy your visit with mom/dad.

If they gave a shit about the kid that's what they would do instead of fighting with the cops and scaring the shit out of the child.

    • @Frab111 You again with your infantile and bile ridden responses. Try to engage your brain instead of your emotional reaction. And I'm not Itallian so nice try but another FAIL for you. I doubt you can wipe your own arse nevermind wiping Italy off the map. You post as if you'd ever DONE anything when it's clear from your invective that you're incapable of any accomplishment in life.
